Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5–12 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@heldandanchored.store.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items — contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most of our apparel and accessories are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you — which helps us maintain quality and reduce waste.
What brands do you print on?
We use premium blanks including Bella + Canvas, Gildan, and Yupoong, depending on the product. Specific blank information is listed on each product page.
How do I care for my items?
For apparel: wash cold, tumble dry low, and turn inside out before washing to preserve the print. For mugs: dishwasher safe, but hand washing extends the life of the design. For travel mugs: hand wash only.
How do your shirts fit?
Most of our tees run true to size. Size guides are included on individual product pages. When in doubt, size up — especially if you prefer a relaxed fit.
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital download?
Immediately after purchase you'll receive an email with a download link. No shipping required — it's yours instantly.
What file formats are included?
Our printable products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print at home or at your local print shop.
Can I print as many copies as I want?
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute the files.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once received and inspected, we'll issue store credit toward any item in our store. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has not been worn or washed. We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us at hello@heldandanchored.store within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Reach out and we'll work with the shipping carrier to track it down and make it right.
